 Vej Naturals has officially opened its doors to the public and is serving up delicious, vegan cuisine and getting rave reviews from customers already.  Come join us,  Wednesday through Saturday for lunch or dinner or for Sunday brunch.  We are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.                        Our hours are listed at the bottom of this page.

Cuisine 

Vej Naturals serves up delicious vegan, organic cuisine in our café, prepared by our chef and owner, Bob Bouley, formerly of the Evergreen Café, Montpelier, Vermont.  Bob has over 25 years of experience in the kitchen and has focused on honing his talents in the area of natural vegan cuisine, for the last seven years

Come in for Sunday brunch and savor an organic bagel slathered with his incredibly tasty, rich cream cheese.  You will find no dairy in this recipe, only wholesome organic vegan ingredients – no guilt in piling on this cream cheese!  Or perhaps  a breakfast burrito or scrambled tofu, with hash browns and toast, is more your cup of tea.  And don't forget some old favorites, fresh baked muffins, French toast, and pancakes, with organic maple syrup drizzled on top.  Perhaps it has been a while since you savored such foods.  At Vej Naturals, you can rest assured, we use the finest organic ingredients to create these dishes, without the use of any animal products. 

Wednesday through Saturday, you will find a wide offering of choices in our café that will delight the palate, including made to order juices and smoothies, fresh salad, soups, sandwiches, and an ever changing array of eclectic entrees, which will include a daily raw special for the raw foodists among us.  Daily pizza specials include a white pizza, with vegetable toppings and our homemade soy ricotta, or the more common red sauce pizza, with our homemade sauce and your choice of soy cheese or soy ricotta, and a variety of possilble toppings.  And don't forget dessert!  Our daily dessert offerings can vary from cookies and brownies, to cheesecaske or cobbler.  We also try to have at least one raw dessert option available
